Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
By using GroupCal you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
What GroupCal is
GroupCal is a shared calendar for a group of people, reachable through one unlisted link. One person holds the account that runs a calendar; everyone else can view and join events with just the link — no account needed.
Your account
Keep your login details secure and give accurate information when you sign up. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Your calendars and content
Anyone who has your calendar’s link can see it and post to it, so only share it with people you trust. You’re responsible for the content you and your group add, and for who you give the link to.
Acceptable use
Don’t use GroupCal for spam, harassment, or anything unlawful, and don’t use it to collect or publish other people’s personal information without their consent. Don’t abuse the email features (for example, to send unwanted mail to people).
Availability and your data
GroupCal is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will always be available or that data will never be lost — keep your own copy of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroupCal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove accounts or calendars that violate these terms or put the service or its users at risk.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
